The current COVID-19 pandemic has brought us so many circumstances that we have not, in living memory, experienced before. The impact of the outbreak is so widespread and, in some places, very catastrophic.
No doubt, the pandemic has grounded and strained us all.
Our government responded, although with utmost importance for our educational needs, there remain lots of uncertainties.
The most immediate and serious impact of the pandemic includes the need to close down schools and resort to online teaching and learning. This is four our kids to avoid getting exposed and to keep them off the streets. To sustain such remote type of learning, parental support and guidance has become more vital.
However, much has been at stake in the absence of face-to-face learning: the necessary interaction between teacher and student is lost; the spontaneity of a classroom interaction; and the social engagement of children which is key in their rearing years.
Online learning may be exciting to some, but not to others. Children may be safe at home, but there are also repercussions to their childhood.
Amidst all the crisis, the Children’s Ark Preparatory School (TCAPS), continues to stand by quality education by pouring on the essential foundation of its teaching: teaching the TRUTH as the sole authority in life.
TCAPS’ grasp of the situation and its planning expertise will keep that quality education unbroken.
All in all, COVID19 caught us all unaware. Rest assured the Children’s Ark Preparatory School is working harder to bear the difficult situation to continue to serve quality and fun learning through remote education for kids and get them back to school the soonest.
The Children’s Ark Preparatory School is now open for enrollment for schoolyear 2021-2022. No tuition fee increase. Reduced school fees. Classes starts September 6, 2021. A virtual parent orientation will be held prior to class opening.
